Building a Communications Program for the Village of Sugar Grove

The Village of Sugar Grove partnered with Krantz Strategies to strengthen its communications efforts and deepen resident engagement.   • Event Support: Managed content, visuals, and logistics for major public events including the State of the Village and Virtual Town Hall

  • Community Engagement: Promoted local events like the Sugar Grove Corn Boil and spotlighted organizations serving residents

  • Informational Tools: Developed a “Budget at a Glance” fact sheet to explain fiscal year 2025 priorities in simple, accessible terms

  • Media Coordination: Provided messaging and support for public-facing updates

  • Internal Planning: Led weekly staff communications meetings and briefed the Village Board regularly
